Instant Breakup Help!

breakup 300x201 Instant Breakup Help! The one you love just broke up with you.

You just broke up with someone you love.

Either way, it’s devastatingly painful. You feel you’re sinking in a hole of despair and solitude.

Don’t worry: Get some breakup help here to get through it easier and make you feel better faster. Whatever you do, you are in control of your life and have the power to get through it. It’s in you, perhaps buried under sorrow at this point in your life, but these tips will assist in digging up your self-esteem and the power to rise above the separation.

Call your best friends. Avoid staying alone too long after the breakup. Getting moral support from your friends or siblings will help you with the mourning. Cry, scream, sob, punch pillows, jump up and down in rage, call your ex names, use lots of tissues, overanalyse, whatever will help in getting it out of your system. Your friends are there to listen and encourage you. It always makes someone feel better after a breakup. Avoid the temptation of putting your ex on a pedestal and take all the blame. It takes two to tango in a relationship. No one is to blame, no one is blameless.

Was there a hobby you liked to do before meeting your ex that you haven’t done in a while? It’s time to indulge yourself! Go out and eat that rich chocolate cake you haven’t had in a while because your ex was a health nut. Get back into yoga or meditation or boxing, or start exercising. Get your scrapbooking stuff out! Pull out your car chase videos or fashion magazines, make yourself that dinner your ex didn’t like. Whatever makes you happy, as long as it’s not self-abusive (avoid abusing alcohol or drugs, you’ll only feel worse).

It might not be a good idea to go or show up “unexpectedly” in places your ex is sure to be. Cutting all contact will make you both ponder as to what happened between you and you don’t need to see your ex and flood your mind full of happy or sad memories and fumble around for something to say. Take your time, and make sure you are ready to talk to your ex before you show up at your usual places. If you do encounter your ex all of a sudden, stay calm, pleasant and cut it short, with a smile.

Once you gain your confidence back, increase your self-esteem by taking care of yourself and exercising, going out with your friends and doing pleasant things, you can stop avoiding your ex’s calls.

Not to forget: eat right, exercise, indulge in fun activities – and not comfort foods – and clear your mind while accepting support and breakup help from those around you who care.
There is hope at the end of the heartbreak tunnel.
